Doug Gallagher
Managing Partner
Based in Washington D.C., Doug Gallagher is a Co-founder and the CEO of Gallagher & Mohan where he leads business development, operations and future growth strategy.
Doug also Co-Founded GM Acquisitions, and now serves a Managing Partner. At GM Acquisitions, Doug focuses on strategic advancement, business development, operator/deal sourcing and vetting.
Prior to co-founding Gallagher & Mohan and GM Acquisitions
, Doug was a Vice President of Investments at a multi-family and senior living oriented private equity firm, Bonaventure Realty Group. He was on a team that acquired and developed nearly 7,000 units, Doug was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and raising capital.
Doug also worked for Newmark Knight Frank as an Associate Director, focusing on office leasing and investment sales. He was the company representative to the U.S.-Indian Business Council (USIBC) and contributed to the memo “Smarter Finance for Smart Cities” which was presented to Prime Minister Modi.
Named a Newmark Rising Star in 2016, Doug received his Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College in International Affairs and Finance.
Arshey Mohan
Managing Partner
Based in New Delhi, India, Arshey Mohan is a Co-Founder and the COO of Gallagher & Mohan where he leads operations, quality control, product advancement, and expansion strategy. At Gallagher & Mohan, Arshey has handled a wide variety of projects spread across all asset classes such as multi-family, retail, industrial, and office.
Arshey also Co-Founded GM Acquisitions, and now serves a Managing Partner. At GM Acquisitions, Arshey focuses on developing the overall investment thesis, financial analysis, operator/deal vetting, and sourcing Indian based capital.
Prior to co-founding Gallagher & Mohan and GM Acquisitions
, Arshey was part of an investment banking (Credit Team) supporting Wells Fargo. Earlier in his career, Arshey worked as an analyst at a multi-family and senior living-oriented private equity firm, Bonaventure Realty Group. His experience includes equity research for hedge funds and investment bankers. He has completed all 3 levels of the CFA program and also holds an All India Rank 17 in the CS Program.
He received his Bachelor’s in Commerce (Finance and Economics) with honors from Banaras Hindu University.
Dan Pannell
VICE PRESIDENT
Based in Washington D.C., Dan Pannell currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development where he manages the day-to-day partnerships of Gallagher & Mohan and GM Acquisitions
. Prior to Gallagher & Mohan and GM Acquisitions
, Dan worked with corporate real estate firms including Regus, Mindspace, and District Offices. He’s cultivated a strong skill-set in business management development and strategic partnership acquisition.
Dan has a long-standing interest in commercial real estate, finance, investing, equity markets, and marketing. He earned his (B.A.) in Corporate Communications from the Harrington School of Communication and Media at the University of Rhode Island.
